Today is a big day. We’re going to learn about upcycling. Upcycling is an important way that we live sustainably. Next we will start constructing the dome using the stylized triangles from yesterday.

Construct Your Dome - Follow the instructions in the video and glue together your dome. Take your time, be precise, and let the glue try to ensure a solid structure.

Upcycle Something - Begin collecting upcycling materials from around your house. Cardboard, bubble wrap, plastic containers, egg cartons etc. See if you can upcycle any of these materials to continue building structures around your Mars home dome.
